Though unruffled by praise or blame and full of talent, he has no choice but to deceive the world with the pretense of being gentle, mild-mannered, reserved, and guileless. Though he is the crown prince, he willingly keeps himself in the background, letting others shine in everything. A carefully plotted scheme will bring a relationship to light.

Over the three hundred years of the Great Qi dynasty, seventeen emperors ruled.

Though there were many emperors, the history books should have recorded them in detail.

Yet anyone who reads the history of Qi will find one emperor whose story is unclear.

His achievements, the year he died, even his posthumous title are all unknown.

The official history offers no more than a passing mention: "Frailty and melancholy in youth, generous and refined." Nothing else is said.

Posterity knows him by his reign title, Emperor Chengtian, but it is as if someone deliberately erased him from existence.

What secret was the emperor who had reigned for three years hiding?

--The above is only an introduction. The romance is the main plot. (The story takes its time getting started, so please be patient.)
