Xi Ling once said, "You never know where love begins, but once it does, it runs deep."
No matter how much betrayal and hurt came later, all Zhu Sha knew then was that from their first meeting in the coral grove at Lu Yu Fang, when their eyes met, she was destined to fall for him for the rest of her life.
Though when they met again, the one she had known was gone, and many years had passed.
A Divine Consort is one whose husband is a god, and who is herself a god: thus she is a Divine Consort.
Since Gu Ying, the royal family of the Donghuang Kingdom has had no more true divine blood.
And she, the silver-haired woman who came from afar across the Bilu Sea, eventually vanished amid the waves.
She was his one and only wife, and the last Divine Consort in this world.
Kong Cheng: "I, Kong Cheng of the Canglan clan, wish to take Zhu Sha as my wife, to be bound together for all eternity. I swear never to betray you!"
Zhu Sha: "I'm not that greedy. I only want us to spend this lifetime together and live our lives in peace. That's more than enough."
Qing Che: "A Saintess has a limited lifespan. Once she dies, she truly vanishes without a trace."
Yu Qiang: "I let you go in my last life. In this life, I'll search every corner of heaven and hell, but I won't let you go again."
Zhu Sha: "If we both survive this battle, I'll marry you. How about it?"
Gu Ying: "If I die in tomorrow's battle, I'll be reborn at once and come find you. If you die, I won't go on living."
The woman with the qin: "Do you know what this flower is called?"
The traveler from afar: "This flower is called Longing."
The woman smiled faintly, her silver hair shining bright, and the traveler from afar smiled back.
When I first met you, it was like an old friend coming home...
This is actually the story of a little mermaid who goes from pure and innocent to dark, then develops a split personality, and finally ends up happily ever after with the prince. It's a slow burn, and there's a fake BL setup early on, but it's actually a wholesome BG story. Anyone who thinks it's danmei, please believe that you're mistaken...
The story of the Jade-Cutting Sword ends here. Next, the Sea King Gu Ying and the ruler will form an adventuring duo and head to Jinqiu to investigate whether Zhu Jiuyin has come back to life. Gu Ying will also go to the Sea Kingdom, where our heroine Zhu Sha will make her formal appearance. The evil demon Zhu Jiuyin is resurrected, the Deer-Cutting Alliance resurfaces, the perilous Kunlun wilderness, the summit of Mount Buzhou, the true and false Water Saintesses, the sea god Yu Jing, who looks exactly like Gu Ying, the zither of Princess Zhu Sha, the beauty mark beneath the Sea King Qing Che's eye... As the story unfolds, amid the trials of the Bitter Sea, Gu Ying finally sees the truth from two hundred years ago, along with the ancient history buried in the records. The supreme and lonely divine ruler Tai Huang, the passionate and fierce Empress Xi Ling, the proud and aloof Eastern Emperor Xuan Xiao, the easygoing, cheerful, and somewhat naive Zhu Jiuyin, the quiet and wise Xuan Ming, the free-spirited Cang Gu, and the Blackwater Tribe's long flight and conquest of the great marsh will all be revealed through the Wind God's memories.
Take all of the above as spoilers forced out of me by sheer helplessness. Though this story has few readers, A Zi still wants to say thank you and sorry to those who've stuck around. A while ago, I reread this story from the beginning and found it hadn't worked out well at all, with a lot of content left out, so I've decided to start over and rewrite it. I don't know when I'll begin, but this version really is finished. Think of it as an imperfect circle. Zhu Sha and Qing Che's future, Gu Ying's ending, the love between the Water Saintess and the Wind God across three lifetimes, and the happy life of their family of four later on will all be written in the new story.
Sisters, may we meet again in the martial world!
This is one of A Zi's old stories. If you're interested in Zhu Xian, you might like to check it out~
Theme:
I won't say anything anymore, just wait for the new pitfalls...
I'll just sit back and wait for you to open a new pit, otherwise, hehehehe. My favorite Neptune and Gu Ying. Come quickly.
"I'm going to be reincarnated, take care of yourself."
This story makes people's hearts go cold. Could it be that they just want to prove how unreliable love is?
It's so confusing. I hate the past and present life.
Was Neptune really blind before?
The laughter at the end is quite catchy
Update it quickly! Nice! Is there any dispute between Huanwang and Qie Yujian?
I really want to read the next chapter.
Could it be that Gu Ying did something in the past to make Neptune unhappy?
