Hollow

Limit: 500 characters

There is a hole buried in my heart, an endless void, like a black spot that swallows the sun. Starting as a tiny point, it gradually expands... devouring everything inside me.

Whenever I press both hands tightly against my chest, I can feel it growing larger by the day, spreading through my limbs and my entire body.

I don't know when it began. By the time I understood that the hole existed, it had already swallowed me. It cannot be pulled out or eradicated. Like a hunter drawing in his net, it expands a little more each day, until it finally consumes me.

I'm not afraid of it, because fear was swallowed up by it long ago, leaving nothing behind.
