A spider with twelve legs is not your kind. The protagonist who represents warmth and understanding is not your kind. An ordinary, harmless girl is even less likely to be your kind. --No one in this world is truly another person's kind. Hey, you, the one who runs with beasts. All you need to do is be a well-behaved, domesticated stray cat. I originally wanted to write a humorous (?) character who keeps cracking bad jokes and begging to bury his face in someone's chest, only to get slapped instead; who's occasionally clever but usually clueless, and who wants to imitate Lin Niang by acting all dramatic and stepping on phones, but never actually does it. But as I kept writing, he turned into a... terrible information broker who gets slapped and still cries, "That feels great!" Has no shame, is ridiculously dramatic, does whatever he wants, cares only about profit, and is incredibly sly. I thought this guy would be so annoying that no one could possibly be worse. Who knew that when he (she) met Chrollo Lucilfer, I'd realize that all his cunning, deceit, treachery, and cruelty were just the petty tricks of a stray cat or dog compared to the leader of the Phantom Troupe... ↑Huh?
