The Seventh Angel

The first angel poured his bowl onto the earth, and those who bore the mark of the beast and worshiped its image broke out in painful sores.

The second angel poured his bowl into the sea, and the seawater immediately turned to blood. Every living thing in the sea died.

The third angel poured his bowl into the rivers and springs, and the waters turned to blood as well.

The fourth angel poured his bowl on the sun, and at once the scorching sun burned down, sending waves of heat over the land.

The fifth angel poured his bowl on the throne of the beast. The beast's kingdom was plunged into darkness, and its people broke out in painful sores. In their agony, they cursed and gnawed their tongues.

The sixth angel poured his bowl on the Euphrates River. Its waters dried up, opening a road. Three foul spirits, demons, came out of the mouths of the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet. These three demons gathered the kings of the whole world for battle at Armageddon.

The seventh angel poured his bowl into the air. A voice came from the throne in the temple, saying, "It is done." Then came flashes of lightning, thunder, and an earthquake. Cities crumbled, islands and mountains vanished, and enormous hailstones fell, striking the people.
