Heavy Brocade

Many years later, a legend about a bloodthirsty fiend was widespread throughout the martial world. He was handsome, with bright eyes and pearly teeth, as beautiful as peach blossoms, yet had a scorpion's heart and countless murders to his name. He regarded the whole world as his for the taking, yet could never win the heart of the one he loved.

Wu You, a down-and-out demon hunter, never knew his birth parents. He and his elder brother and younger sister had only each other.

Overnight, his elder brother vanished, and his sister was trapped in a brothel. To rescue his little sister from that hell, Wu You wandered from place to place and took up demon hunting, hoping to keep away from the martial world's feuds.

Then he crossed paths with Su Xiao, a wealthy, handsome young man in white, dark-hearted and sharp-tongued. Through a series of mishaps, the two began a tangled relationship full of laughter and arguments.

A little note: The protagonist and his brother have no romantic involvement. He's just obsessed with his older brother.

This is a pseudo-wuxia story about love and blades.

"There are two kinds of love that are hardest to come by in this world. The first is when a man who has only ever known how to cry bleeds for you. The second is when a man who only knows how to bleed sheds tears for you."
