I'm terrible at coming up with names, so I won't waste this pairing's name. There should be a historical-era story about these two later, and they should both be clean.
Synopsis below:
Gu Lingmiao never imagined he could become Bai Rongqian's lover. Instead, he became Bai Rongqian's plaything. Can a plaything ever rise to the top?
Hoping to make Bai Rongqian see him in a different light, he left the organization. But to Bai Rongqian, that was no different from betrayal.
He chose this path himself. Even if he was despised and hated, he could only grit his teeth and see it through.
But mired in the swamp, his original intentions became tainted. They would all change, becoming unrecognizable.
After enduring humiliation and hardship, he was no longer the person he had been. Bai Rongqian was only one of the things he could obtain, no longer his everything. But he would have him, even if Bai Rongqian hated him to the core.
I really don't know how to write blurbs for short stories. (Sigh.)
The tale of love and hatred between the “sister-in-law” (Bai Rongqian), who finally got the eldest brother killed and became the boss herself, and the head bodyguard (Gu Lingmiao), who's been secretly in love with her all along.
Their names sound surprisingly classical, don't they?
Bai Rongqian is not pure in body or mind. He once loved the eldest brother, and while they were together he was always the bottom, because the eldest brother wouldn't let him top, and there was nothing he could do about it.
Gu Lingmiao only likes Xiao Bai, but Xiao Bai and the eldest brother were so very much in love that he always thought he had no chance. So he sought out male escorts who looked like Xiao Bai.
A story written for my personal tastes. No need to be understanding; if it's not your thing, don't read.
