A Chance Encounter at the Evening Breeze Teahouse

Lin Ru, the proprietress of the teahouse in town, was exacting and demanded perfection in everything.

One day, while hiring staff, she took pity on a timid, helpless young girl named Yu Xinyi and gave her a place to stay.

The girl seemed gentle and clumsy, but she secretly knew light-footed martial arts and had secrets of her own. Sweet-tongued and clingy, she would pester, coax, and favor Lin Ru alone.

Tea smoke drifted softly, and the evening breeze blew gently.

In the end, the aloof, sharp-tongued proprietress was won over by the clingy girl, her heart filled with tenderness and affection.

Theme: A heart that holds kindness will eventually meet the right person.
