Qin Xian was kidnapped by an evil god while working the night shift and became a doctor's assistant to a monster in an infinite-loop world.
He had no ID, talents, or items. All he had was the ruins of an abandoned asylum that's been deserted for eight hundred years, an "Quack Doctor" System, and a certificate identifying him as an "intern doctor."
Oh, and a... cat ball with a broken language system?
[These are the only resources you have. Treat more patients, upgrade the hospital, and do your best to survive.]
This was right up his alley! Qin Xian was full of confidence.
On his first day on the job, he got a complaint:
[Complaint: He cursed me so I can't have children!]
Qin Xian stared silently at the complaint form and the two fake dolls in front of him, which were clutching each other and wailing.
Then he read the chief complaint: [Married for three years, unable to conceive.]
How are you two supposed to have... little dolls?

Treat illnesses and monsters, claim rewards, level up, build the hospital...
A barren wasteland that no one had cared about suddenly sprouted towering buildings. The player forum and the monster forum both exploded!
The desolate "dump" was transformed into a place of pilgrimage for every monster: the Monster Hospital.

Patients rain down while renovating a house, turn up when digging and planting vegetables, come in reward boxes from the System, and even get caught while fishing. Once, he reeled in a fish head...
[Doctor, my mouth feels a little strange~]
Qin Xian: If it feels strange, then don't bite the hook!
[Hospital meeting]
Qin Xian: Here are a few rules.
1. No trading organs, limbs, or heads without permission.
2. No eating or dismembering fellow patients without permission.
3. No stealing other patients' organs.
4. No keeping fellow patients as pets.
5. No treating illnesses with unauthorized folk remedies.
A cute little teddy bear came over and hugged his leg: [Doctor, can I have your pretty eyeballs?]
Qin Xian silently added a sixth rule:
[Do not ask the doctor for body parts.]
Notes:
1. Cat Ball is the bottom, not an accessory bottom. The bottom is adorable, and I love him.
2. The top is a monster doctor with the aura of an overworked office drone.
3. Infinite-loop setting, a little monster society (from the monsters' perspective).
4. Mutual pining and sweet romance.
