Xu Xian Is Actually a Woman

From Xu Xian's perspective:

The Qingming rain falls in sheets, and travelers are so heartbroken they could die.

Xu Xian is worried. She doesn't know whether the medicinal herbs at home have been brought in, and now she's also run into someone.

She hastily apologizes and rushes onto a boat, only to discover that the other person is going the same way.

They exchange names and endure an awkward journey together. The rain outside keeps falling, but luckily, the Lady in White takes pity on Xu Xian and lends her an umbrella.

Xu Xian is filled with gratitude and secretly vows to repay her properly. But when she goes to return the umbrella the next day, she's confessed to and asked to marry her!

But Xu Xian is a woman! How could she marry her?

Xu Xian runs home. When Bai Suzhen doesn't follow, she's relieved, but the Lady in White is gone, and now a gentleman in white has come to ask her to be sworn brothers.
