Pride and Prejudice: An Eastern Girl

Early 19th-century Britain, during the Regency. Penelope Bennet, the original character, is the third of the five Bennet sisters. She is almost nonexistent in the original novel, a quiet, inconspicuous “bookworm.” Lin Xiaoman, a 21st-century history graduate student, transmigrates into her body with a modern soul and complete memories of the original novel.
