Qiao Qiao was seven years old when she met a beautiful woman in sunglasses. The woman rode around on a little tricycle, selling candy.
The beautiful big sister taught Qiao Qiao how to be a polite child who cared about adults, and Qiao Qiao liked her very much.
It turned out that the beautiful big sister was Qiao Qiao from the future. She had returned to the past to rewrite her regrets, but the price of changing the past was losing her future self.
Before the beautiful big sister disappeared, she gave Qiao Qiao her candy tricycle.
"Qiao Qiao, you can give the candy to other people," the woman instructed.
"I know! Candy is meant to be shared with friends." Qiao Qiao was a good girl.
On the way home, Qiao Qiao rode her little tricycle and handed out candy to all the sad people she passed.
"Have a piece of candy. Then your tears won't fall."
Qiao Qiao's candy tasted bland, but it could take you back to the moment you regretted most. Only by making things right could you find true sweetness.
The price of going back to the past is killing your future self.
When your future self dies, a new self is born. Different choices give rise to another version of you.
