Zhang Rui is a plastic surgery designer at a medical aesthetics hospital. One day, the receptionist opens the door and brings in a woman in her thirties.
"Dr. Zhang, this is Ms. Tian."
Zhang Rui looks up and quickly assesses her: dark circles, puffy eyes, and sagging cheeks.
"I want plastic surgery," Tian Zhimei says, sliding over a photo. "Make me look like this."
Zhang Rui glances at the photo and draws in a sharp breath.
