[Detective Conan] Love Can Wait Until the Undercover Mission Is Over

Wangyue Taiyang has two wishes: for Scotland to still be alive, and for Bourbon not to die.

Wangyue Taiyang hates the police, except for Hiromitsu Morofushi and Rei Furuya.

Before he became famous, he appeared on a prank show featuring ordinary people. Many viewers remembered the heartbreaking scene: the boy believed the Grim Reaper on TV was real, and tearfully took out his phone to ask the Reaper to wait because he still wanted to say goodbye to someone, and to help him find out whether someone else was dead.

So even when he later found himself caught in a storm of public criticism, many people spoke up for him.

When he had nowhere else to turn, both officers called him at the same time. He asked Officer Morofushi, who already had a partner, "So, can you cheat on them with me?"

Then he asked Officer Furuya, who was still single in his thirties, "Don't you know I'm gay? Aren't you afraid I'll eat you alive?"

After he became a murder suspect, he sat in the interrogation room and asked Morofushi, the officer in charge of his case, "Do you still believe me? I didn't kill anyone."

After Morofushi's partner reported his response, Furuya, now a police superintendent, used his connections to become the new officer in charge of the case.

"Yes. I believe you."
