The Old-Fashioned Professor's Foreign Wife

Jing Qing is a geology professor devoted to her research. She keeps to herself and is usually seen in a white shirt, refined and abstinent. Everyone thinks she's a stuffy asexual.

Until a year ago, when Jing Qing was stranded at an airport after returning from a field expedition and met a blonde, blue-eyed woman.

They spent a wild night together. The woman's essence still stained Jing Qing's gold-rimmed glasses, but when she awoke, the woman had vanished.

Jing Qing searched near the airport for two days, but never found the woman. With no other choice, she returned home disappointed.

At a spring elective class a year later, Jing Qing walked calmly to the podium in her new glasses. As usual, she smiled and surveyed the classroom, then suddenly caught sight of a striking hair color.

A sharp glint flashed in Jing Qing's eyes behind her clear lenses. She turned and took a class roster from her bag.

"Let's take attendance today. Please stand when you hear your name."

Rumor has it that Professor Jing, who hadn't taken attendance in years, learned every student's face that day.

On her way back to China, Suvi was forced to stop in Lanzhou because of the weather. There, she met a woman who was perfectly in sync with her.

The woman's caresses brought her pleasure for the first time. Overcome with desire, Suvi clung to her and begged for more, again and again, until her fluids stained the woman's expensive gold-rimmed glasses.

But however perfectly they matched, Suvi still left without hesitation at daybreak.

She'd thought that, in a vast sea of people, their paths would never cross again. But a year later, when she returned to this country and walked into that classroom, she saw the familiar face.

The woman seemed to have forgotten her. In a cool, stern voice, she called Suvi's name.

"Suvi."

"Suvi."

"Where are you from?"
