Rain Allergy

A raindrop landed right between Chi Ju's brows, and he transmigrated.

The good news was that he got the part of a rich young master, along with an entrance medical report bearing his name. The bad news was that as Chi Ju stared at the basic information form, he seemed unable to read the words and suddenly asked a downright bizarre question:

"Gender... Alpha? What does that mean?"

His whole family was horrified.

That wasn't all. Perhaps due to a rejection reaction from transmigrating, rainwater caused him excruciating pain whenever it touched him.

The next day, the parents he'd just met sent him to a place called the Training Academy. It was a semi-boarding school, and his deskmate was a handsome guy who didn't talk much.

As a social butterfly, Chi Ju was determined to win him over in three sentences. He nudged Yu Lin's elbow and said cheerfully, "Hey, deskmate, your perfume smells great. It's got a hint of tea. Do you have a link? I want to buy some too."

Yu Lin jolted all over and gave him a strange look. The wristband on his right hand beeped rapidly as he adjusted it.

Chi Ju: "Oh! I have the same wristband. What a coincidence."

Yu Lin: "..."

This guy seemed to think he was an idiot.

But perhaps out of pity, or because they'd been desk mates for so long, Yu Lin occasionally answered his questions, despite Chi Ju's supposedly flawless lie that he'd lost his memory:

"Don't treat your own pheromones like something to share."

"And don't stare at an O's neck. It makes you look like a pervert."

"If your gland feels hot, your rut is coming. Remember, during that time, if you don't have a partner, use suppressants."

Of course, sometimes he demonstrated in person:

Chi: Then what if I have a partner? Does my partner have to be an O?

Yu: Not necessarily. If you have a partner, you can bite the back of their neck to ease it, or...

Chi: Then can I bite you when the time comes?

Yu: No.

Chi: Isn't that unfair? You bit me that day, and the back of my neck still hurts!!! ╰(‵□′)╯

Yu: That was a teaching demonstration.

One day, a sudden downpour hit the school grounds.

Chi Ju didn't have time to dodge. The moment the rain hit him, the pain nearly made him pass out.

He knew Yu Lin was following behind him. He also knew Yu Lin was a serious germaphobe and always kept a three-foot distance from him.

So, before blacking out, Chi Ju did his best to fall to the ground. But somehow, he was caught anyway.

As his consciousness blurred, he saw panic and worry in Yu Lin's eyes.

Their classmates glanced at Yu Lin, whose expression was thoroughly grim, and all thought the same thing: This guy is famous for hating physical contact. Get Chi-ge out of his arms!!!

But Yu Lin actually picked him up in his arms and said:

"I've got him."
