Don’t Do Voice Acting, It Has No Future

Voice actor He Jinzhao has great acting instincts, a lovely voice, and a handsome face. He was born with the talent for it.

Unfortunately, in his three years in the industry, most of his work has been in awkward, poorly made short dramas. He never gets the video game or animation projects he loves. And with AI on the rise, soon he won't even be able to get work on short dramas.

With no other choice, he can only go around begging while showing off his handsome face: he'll voice anything, just please give him a job!

College student Liang Xiao is inexplicably tasked with escorting his cousin. He is forced to listen to a radio drama recording session in which a male voice actor performs intimate scenes. The on-the-spot, shamelessly passionate performance leaves him so flustered his brain nearly melts.

His ears are in another world, while his eyes see the two actors calmly kissing their own hands and fingers.

So it was all technique, with no feelings involved?

It takes only three days for Liang Xiao to go from dismissive, to completely hooked, to deeply impressed and wanting an autograph!

Looking back, the beginning of a great friendship or romance might very well be...

"Teacher, when we first met, I thought you were really aloof."
