San Dao Flow is the core operating procedure. Recognition: Identify the time stamp and status of the material. Break: Determine the direction and isolate the material of the death trend. Life: Gathering fragments into new events, gushing out as behavior, and completing reflow. The three swords are executed in sequence, cannot be skipped, and can be stopped at each step.
The four causal chains progress layer by layer. Ontological causal chain: The body is reacting, but the brain does not know. Emotional causal chain: The brain is surging, but consciousness is not involved. Emotional causal chain: consciousness intervenes but cannot change it. Logical causal chain: consciousness is completely involved, and the material is objectified.
This book does not presuppose a moral stance and does not sell spiritual comfort. It only describes the operating structure of the brain-body world itself. Laws are logical laws, not moral imperatives.
