Yun Qi's Probation Report

Yun Qi transmigrated into a book, becoming the villainous bottom in a beast-world novel.

The original owner had not only personally exiled his mate, Pei Jin, to a barren planet, but also abused and tormented their five biological cubs. In the end, Pei Jin returned after turning dark and dismembered him, leaving him with a gruesome death that delighted everyone.

When Yun Qi opened his eyes, he was horrified to find that hell mode had fully loaded:

His mate had already been exiled. The fourth and fifth cubs were starving and on the verge of death. The third was covered in injuries. The eldest, whose wings had been torn off, was nowhere to be found, dead or alive. The second had been beaten into an imbecile by the original owner and then disappeared...

There were only 120 days left before Pei Jin came back to kill him.

Yun Qi took a deep breath. "...I think I can still turn this around."

To stay alive, and to stop his mate from turning completely dark, the laid-back Yun Qi had no choice but to get his act together, launch a campaign to redeem himself, and vow to become the beast world's foremost model of virtue.

He struggled to earn money in this other world, fed the hungry fourth and fifth cubs, treated the third's injuries, and frantically searched everywhere for the missing eldest and second cubs.

When Pei Jin came back, perhaps... he might spare Yun Qi's life?
