The Popular Upperclassman in the Sports Anime

Note: He's a popular senior, not a genius senior. There are geniuses and ordinary people. The timeline is consistently set one or two years earlier than in the original.

Includes Haikyuu!!, Run with the Wind, Ace of Diamond, and others. Each story stands alone, and they won't be mixed together.

(Haikyuu!! may cover a different team each year.)

By a tyrannical setter-captain

As long as I can get on the court and serve, even if it's just once, that's enough.

By a captain with no talent but who works incredibly hard

Inarizaki Arc
