The Feudal Patriarch's Country-Bumpkin Bride, Pregnant by Mistake

*Feudal, domineering daddy seme x Fertile, delicate, pampered wife uke

01

The uke is a water lily spirit who still hasn't managed to bloom.

People in town tell him that water lilies are masochists and need to be treated roughly before they'll flower.

The uke comes down from the mountains and heads into the city, determined to find a violent, fated husband who can help him.

The seme is a trillion-yuan CEO plagued by misfortune.

He's rich, but no one dares marry him. Rumor has it he brings death to his wives: his three consecutive fiancées all died suddenly in accidents.

Some even say he has terrifying tastes and likes to torture people in bed.

The seme ignores the rumors and lets them spread.

Until his family introduces him to a wife from the countryside.

With an impossibly beautiful face, the uke asks him with wide-eyed innocence, "Husband, don't be too gentle with me, or I'll die right in front of you."

If a water lily can't bloom, it will simply wilt and die.

The uke pulls up online videos about coaxing flowers to bloom and gives the seme hands-on instructions for helping him flower: split the roots, pour in water, peel back the petals, pat the buds...

The seme takes a deep breath, sure that he understands his wife's hints.

His wife only looks innocent. In private, he must be into some really wild stuff.

Later, the seme succeeds in making the uke bloom. The uke is delighted and brags about it to everyone.

Until a kindhearted person tells the uke, "This isn't right. Your husband is abusing you."

The uke: "Huh? O_o?"

The uke is devastated. He thinks he has finally seen how harsh the world outside can be.

Loving someone is like tending a flower, and his husband doesn't love him.

The uke flees back to the mountains, carrying the baby in his belly.

The seme finally finds him and grits his teeth, going against his conscience. "Wife, whatever you want to try from now on, I'll do it your way."

The uke: "Waaah, husband, can I stop blooming now?"
