My little sister has a serious illness and is invited to join a horror game.
As long as she clears the levels, she'll be cured.
The benefits are great, but my little sister is only five :)

It turns out the System made a mistake and somehow pulled a minor into the game.
To make it up to her, the System lets her float around in ghost form inside the game.
She can spend as long as she likes in a level every day. She'll only be properly sent in once she's an adult.
My little sister has now discovered a whole new world.
At night, she knocks on a vampire's coffin to wake him up. During the day, she dives into a swamp to swim with the water monster.
She pesters every monster in the horror world!
The monsters can't do anything about her in ghost form. After putting up with her for several weeks, they find the most terrifying creature in the game and beg him to capture her.
He's a black-eyed boy who was born only ten years ago, with a solitary disposition. They say anyone who looks at him for too long will have nightmares for several nights.
After watching her coldly for a few days, the boy really does capture her.
That night, several eerie heads pop up beside the railing of the castle where the boy lives.
Monster No. 1: "What are you doing here?"
Monster No. 2: "I just came to see how miserable her fate would be! What are you doing here?"
As the monsters stare at one another, a mournful wail suddenly comes from inside the castle.
They all rush in.
My little sister is curled up in the boy's arms, sobbing with tears in her eyes because she accidentally broke his vase.
Monster No. 1: "She's just a kid!"
Monster No. 2: "She didn't do it on purpose!"
Monster No. 3: "If you've got a problem, take it up with me!"
The boy: "...Stop... making... so much noise."
The little brat had only just stopped crying!

When she turns eighteen, my little sister's memories are wiped, and she's sent back into the horror world.
She's terribly nervous, preparing herself to fight ghosts and monsters to the death.
As soon as she steps into a level, she encounters a werewolf over two meters tall, whose claws could tear her to pieces with one swipe.
My little sister is writing her will on the spot when the werewolf gives her an eerie smile and looks at her with affection. "Sweetie! Why don't you recognize me? I held you when you were little!"

All the monsters in the levels wear the same affectionate expression. Only the Boss looks like a Boss, with a handsome, gloomy face. He fixes his cool gaze on her, then slams the castle door shut, just like the opening of a horror movie.
When he speaks, his voice is icy too: "You finally remembered to come home?"
Some kind of bloodline pressure makes my little sister shiver instinctively. She immediately puts on a sweet smile and says, "I'm sorry, big brother 0.0"
Boss: "Good girl."
-[Please Note]
- There's only one level. It's a story where everyone dotes on her, and her love interest is her big brother. Everyone else is family or friends~
- Both are romantically inexperienced. The two little ones grow up together, with a five-year age gap~

Theme: Family members are there to support one another.
