In a remote town, several girls go missing one after another, vanishing without a trace.
One of them returns, but remains unconscious and unable to speak. The next day, she dies.
Rumors spread through the isolated countryside, and the girl's family suspects something is amiss, so they hire a "professional" to investigate.
And so Jiang Yuanxing, a practitioner skilled at handling "supernatural incidents," climbs aboard a friend's three-wheeled motorbike and putters all the way there.
