Pretending to Be Blind

The day Lu Nianxiao regained her sight, she accidentally walked in on a powerful industry figure losing control.

Chu Qingran was a celebrated name in finance, so rational and indifferent that she seemed to have no human emotions. It was said that even her secretary, who had worked for her for seven years, had never seen a trace of feeling on her icy face.

Now, having witnessed the powerful woman with her own eyes, cheeks flushed, only one desperate thought flashed through Lu Nianxiao's mind: I'm done for.

In a panic, to protect the woman's image and her own safety, Lu Nianxiao decided to keep pretending to be blind. That was the only way she narrowly escaped disaster.

Still shaken, Lu Nianxiao decided to stay as far away from Chu Qingran as possible from then on.

But Chu Qingran took the initiative to pursue her.

What Lu Nianxiao didn't expect was that Chu Qingran seemed cold on the outside, but had a craving in private.

But making a blind woman take the top role doesn't seem right, does it?
