Sanji is the love interest. One-on-one romance, no joining the crew, a sweet little story, written to satisfy the author's own tastes. Apologies for any out-of-character moments. There may be continuity or detail issues, so just enjoy it for what it is. Feel free to suggest prompts in the comments. If inspiration strikes, I'll write them.
Extra stories:
What if Sanji from the original story transmigrated into this world (completed)
What if Ovia had arrived at the Vinsmoke family (completed)
What if Ovia had first met Zeff and Sanji on a deserted island (completed)
The heroine, Ovia: vampire + shut-in + terrible sense of direction + mage + priestess (of the Mother Goddess of the Night)
The Mother Goddess of the Night happened upon the dying Ovia and made her her priestess. During her time as a priestess, Ovia thoroughly displayed her terrible sense of direction, often wandering into other gods' territories. She also discovered her talent for spatial magic.
She quit her job as a priestess because she wanted to become a mage, and went to the Black Tower, a holy site for mages, to study. She usually never left her house, but one day, she happened to want to go out and find some food...
One hour later: Huh? Is this the front door?
The door opens: Huh? Why is there an island outside???? Did I wander into someone's research portal?
Anyway, the door will stay open for five hours, so she looks around. Then she turns back: Wait, where did I come from again? Which tree was the door under?
Ovia bursts into tears: Waaaah! I'm so hungry! Where am I!!!
Before meeting Sanji, Ovia: A flick of the finger and a witch's delivery arrives.
After meeting Sanji, Ovia: Sanji! I'm hungry!
Ovia (clinging to Sanji and rubbing against him): I love Sanji the most!
Content warnings:
1. The heroine is a vampire according to my own interpretation. Her diet is human blood and the feelings people have for her.
2. The heroine is an immortal vampire who doesn't age. Her values, especially her views on love, are problematic in some ways, and she has a very poor sense of time.
3. The heroine's original setting is my own creation. It's a bit like Western fantasy mixed with a little Lovecraftian horror, but it doesn't come up much.
4. As a vampire, the heroine's body is very tough. When she's starving, she only goes dormant. Her combat ability is fairly weak: she can roam the Four Seas freely, but in Paradise she'd get beaten up, and in the New World she can't beat anyone. As a mage, she specializes in spatial magic, so no one can hit her and she's excellent at escaping and surviving. As a priestess of the Mother Goddess of the Night, most of her skills are wide-area attacks that can't be used casually and can easily hurt bystanders, so she rarely uses them.
5. Sanji's established love of beautiful women and lecherous nature will not be changed. Please don't click if you can't accept that.
Theme: Singing for love in a cruel world.
