Dong Guan lost his job and went back to his hometown to pray to his great-grandfather for good luck.
Before the joss paper had even finished burning, he suddenly inherited his great-grandfather's zebra finch.
Later, whenever the bird chirped, he knew a dungeon had opened.
Dong Guan was forced to travel through all kinds of bizarre dungeons.
As an NPC, he was ignored by everyone, from the crooked, misshapen monsters to the players desperately fighting for their lives.
Yet he had an extremely difficult and potentially deadly task:
Lead ordinary people safely through the dungeons.
Fortunately, his great-grandfather had found him some help.
But why were all his employees like this?!
The accountant tapped her abacus and reported, "Yesterday's income was 8 gold. Current debt: 866,621.5 gold."
The zebra finch kept chattering, "I want corn! Corn!"
The security guard tucked herself into a little blanket. "I'm going to take a nap. Don't wake me unless it's important."
The ordinary tourists shouted excitedly, "Tour leader! We're ready! Can we set off?"

Reading notes:
1. Mainly an infinite-flow dungeon story, but it's also half a road trip story.
2. There will be farming, livestreaming, and monster- and bird-herding scenes, a bit like going into the mountains or out to sea, but with monsters.
3. The bottom has max charm and is a nurturing, motherly type. He's the least stressed person around, occasionally a little weird, usually cute with a poker face due to his professional habit of playing a scenic area's NPC, and reliable when it counts. Expect to hear a lot of "Tour leader! Help!"
4. Stay close to the tour leader as you visit the dungeons. If you fall behind, not even the gods can save you.
