The Phoenix Pendant, Xiao Hongyu x Su Hejun, ruler-and-subject couple
In the cold winds of the capital, palace guard Su Hejun first appeared before Xiao Hongyu, ruler of Great Jing.
From then on, it was like a long dream, lasting twenty years.
The brilliant, gentle minister and the supreme ruler joined hands. The emperor's love was always wholehearted, and the clever little fox's rise to power went smoothly, because the fierce tiger behind him was always eager to have his back.
Win or lose, their future uncertain, they stood by each other through twenty years of loyalty, sharing hardship and facing storms as ruler and subject, husband and wife, one body.
The Phoenix Pendant was the finest promise.
