After losing at the World Championship, 22-year-old Lin Guanxing loses a bet and contract, ending up in massive debt. Once a superstar adored by everyone, he becomes the esports scene's most pitiful player.

His powerful ex says, "His business has nothing to do with me."

Those words send Lin Guanxing straight to hell.

The tide goes out, and everyone chooses to leave him behind.

Lin Guanxing loses heart, unemployed and stuck at home for three months. Then a teenager in a baseball jacket shows up at his door, claiming to be from ten years in the future and to be Lin Guanxing's future husband.

With his hands in his pockets, the seventeen- or eighteen-year-old has a sharp gaze and an imposing presence. "Lin Guanxing, next year you'll form a new team and win the World Championship, clearing your debts. I joined your team as its AD, and you fell in love with me at first sight, head over heels. We got our marriage certificate in less than a year."

Lin Guanxing thinks he's a lunatic.

The other boy doesn't get angry.
