Gege is the animal kingdom’s most accomplished cuckoo con artist. In this life, she has been reincarnated as a human orphan.
At three and a half, Gege binds herself to a master scammer System called "Northern Myanmar."
[Ding! Successfully pull off a scam to unlock a new trick!]
Gege chews on a little biscuit and swings her short legs. "System, my mom spent a hundred million on my dad, but he ran off with a Black guy, and Mom was so mad she died..."
The System rubs its hands excitedly: [Classic romance-scam script! She’s a natural at the pig-butchering scam!]
Gege sighs in her babyish voice, cupping her face in her little hands. "I live in an orphanage, and I’ve never had a chocolate sundae. Is chocolate sweet?"
A clerk at Mixue Bingcheng buys her two sundaes with tears in her eyes, loads them with chocolate sauce, and puts them in her arms.
The System: [Whoa?! A natural-born talent!]

Chu Anheng, the youngest anti-fraud squad leader in the city police bureau, is assigned at short notice to give an anti-fraud talk at a kindergarten.
The kindergarten happens to be holding an abduction-prevention drill that day. The "kidnapper" uses all sorts of tricks to lure the children away.
The middle and senior classes are almost completely wiped out.
The junior class...
A little girl with two buns tied in her hair lectures the "kidnapper" crouching on the ground in her babyish voice. "Mister, that way of tricking people is so outdated. It only has a five-percent success rate. You should befriend the kids first. You can’t just offer them candy right away, or you’ll look suspicious. Get it?"
The little girl rises onto her toes and pats the "kidnapper" on the shoulder. "I’ll teach you. Pretend to be a delivery man and say, 'Your mom bought you toys and ice cream, but they’re too hard to carry inside. Could you come help me get them?'"
The "kidnapper": You’re teaching a kidnapper how to kidnap people?
Chu Anheng falls silent for three seconds, then walks over.
The little girl looks up, sees his uniform, and lights up. She grabs his pant leg. "Uncle Officer! That uncle tried to kidnap me just now, but I kept him busy for you. Where’s my reward?"
Chu Anheng looks down into those innocent, guileless eyes.
The System screams like a groundhog: [Host, run! That’s our archenemy, the anti-fraud squad leader!]
Gege doesn’t panic at all. She blinks. System, what reward do you get for scamming a police officer?

Chu Anheng fell out with his family and hasn’t been home in ten years.
He has just learned that his cousin and her family died in an accident three years ago, and that their few-month-old daughter went missing.
Chu Anheng picks up three-and-a-half-year-old Gege, his "scam mentor." "Suspect, you’re under arrest."
Gege struggles desperately. "H-help..."
Chu Anheng sneers. "You knew you had a police officer for an uncle?"
Later, everyone in the bureau knows
The anti-fraud squad leader, Chu Anheng, has acquired a little-kid "cheat code" who knows all kinds of scam techniques, understands scammers better than the scammers themselves, and helps crack major cases.
The bureau awards Chu Gege the title of "Little Anti-Fraud Genius," along with a complete set of practice tests for starting elementary school.
Chu Gege is utterly despondent: System, take me back to Northern Myanmar!
The System is miserably helping her boost downloads of the anti-fraud app: [Sob, sob, Host, you forgot. Northern Myanmar kicked me out!]
