The Seventh Year After I Successfully Won Over the Villain, He Lost His Memory

On the seventh year after she successfully won over the villain, he lost his memories.

He not only forgot that he was married, but also kept thinking about the heroine, who had dumped him ages ago and was about to marry someone else.

As a transmigrator on a mission, Ji Shuang Kong was an ordinary mortal with no spiritual power. She could only accept her bad luck.

She signed the divorce papers, ended their marriage contract, packed her bags, and returned to the lower realm.

Every now and then, an immortal maiden would come to visit and tell her about her amnesiac husband.

They said he spent every day in tears, begging the heroine to spare him a glance.

Ji Shuang Kong remained outwardly unfazed, but inwardly she was mortified.

After all those years, was this really the sort of man she had managed to win over?

Later, a monster came seeking revenge and carved away her flesh and bones, stabbing straight through her.

She died horribly, without even a grave.

A fragment of her soul drifted through the mortal world, her obsession undiminished. It became a vengeful ghost, carrying out the wish she had left unfulfilled.

Seven hundred years passed in the blink of an eye.

The vengeful ghost became an evil spirit, and the evil spirit became the Ghost King.

When Ji Shuang Kong returned to the Heavenly Realm with blood on her hands and tore out his heart...

Only then did Duan Su finally remember that the vengeful ghost before him was his once meek and gentle wife.

Evil spirit x villain

Ji Shuang Kong x Duan Su

Other notes:

1. A straightforward angst story. The male lead suffers more than the female lead.

2. The leads are not righteous people. They hate each other more than they love each other.
