A Bite of Tangyuan

The timid college student Tangyuan quit her job behind her mother's back, right when the job market was at its worst.

Before quitting: I'm going to take the civil service exam, go to grad school, get a government-funded position, and travel the world as a content creator.

After quitting: I will lie flat.

A decisive force in the workplace, her older sister saw that after just one month of unemployment, her little sister had become exactly what her name suggested. She splashed out on a membership at an upscale gym.

"If you don't go, I'll tell Mom."

Tangyuan skipped a group fitness class and turned around to meet a face that made even an unequivocally straight woman like her heart flutter.

"Skipping class?" The other woman's eyes tilted slightly at the corners, her irises a deep, deep shade.

Tangyuan: Help!! How did I get caught red-handed?!

That night, with no romantic experience and a theoretically straight heart, she dreamed she was kissing this coach.

There will be some fitness-related content. This is a story about the disillusioned Tangyuan rebuilding her body and mind. Mwah!

Premise: Rebuild your life the way you would rebuild your body.
