Xinghaihu transmigrates into a world from From the New World, several centuries before the story begins, becoming a curse-powered girl who watches the world with cold detachment.
Here, those with curse power are gods, while those without it are expendable. Her own parents treat their children like lottery tickets for awakening, and her clan treats prisoners as entertainment around a bonfire.
She thinks she's been handed a "survive until adulthood, then run away from home" kind of story.
To be fair, the curse power system in From the New World is absurdly overpowered. At its core, it lets you control atoms, making anything you imagine in your mind real.
Everything goes smoothly at first. She maxes out her muscle mitochondria and accelerates her nerve conduction, gradually transforming herself from the inside out into a superhuman.
Until she sees a young man among the prisoners, wrapped in bandages and wearing a camel-colored trench coat.
He leans against an iron cage. His amber eyes look over at her in the moonlight, vacant and empty. At that moment, Xinghaihu stops breathing. What the hell, is he from her world too?

System 110 screams inside Osamu Dazai's head: "Host! This is the peerless fighter I chose for you! Win her over! Save this family! Make her willingly leave with you!"
Osamu Dazai ignores it and just looks at her, seeming half-dead.
Xinghaihu: "...?"
"Notes before reading"
1. Before transmigrating, the protagonist didn't watch anime. The first sentence of the blurb is from an omniscient point of view, and she herself has no idea.
2. Each volume has a different world she transmigrates into. Some are original, others are anime worlds.
3. To be added...
