You Really Think I'm a Han Dynasty Loyalist?!

After transmigrating, Liu Jiayao found herself in a chaotic era. The good news: it wasn't a dynasty she knew.

Great, I'm free!

The bad news: Liu Jiayao had no idea how to introduce herself, so she borrowed Liu Xuande's line: "I am Liu Aotian, courtesy name Jiayao, a descendant of Prince Jing of Zhongshan, son of Emperor Jing of Han. The realm is in chaos, and I intend to pacify the Central Plains and restore the Han dynasty."

What a great introduction! Jiayao is a good fortune-telling hexagram. The hexagram signifies the Mandate of Heaven. The Mandate of Heaven is with me, so I'm Aotian. Liu Aotian. How creative!

As it turned out, these people really did start calling her Liu Aotian, and really believed she intended to restore the Han dynasty!

Wait, is there even a Han dynasty here?!

And now a whole crowd of people are crying and begging to become my strategists, vanguard troops, lackeys...

Hold on, let me get mentally prepared first. I've never rebelled before...

Later generations said she had remained chaste for the Emperor and never married, but in truth, this white-robed minister had married the nation. "Your Majesty, it's cold. Put on this dragon robe."

Later generations thought this Minister of Revenue acted as the Emperor's corrupt fixer, but in truth, she was the Emperor's favorite concubine doing the dirty work. "Your Majesty, I don't ask for an unblemished reputation. I only wish to remain by your side."

Later generations...

Liu Jiayao: Ha! My rumored lovers are men and women alike. Have you really mistaken me for the Han dynasty or what?
