[Naruto/Kakashi] A Silent Move

She inherited the Nara clan's Yin Release, her mind full of strategies. She bound with shadows and wielded schemes as weapons.

He wielded the White Fang's sharp blade and mastered countless techniques. He struck swiftly and made battle his shield.

One a strategist, one an attacker; one calm, the other sharp. Even as children, they were perfectly in sync, astonishing the entire village.

As they came of age, she joined Konoha's strategic planning division, making plans for the larger picture amid lamplight and stacks of files.

He became an ANBU captain, eliminating threats in the shadows of the night.

They occupied opposite ends of the light and darkness, gazing at each other from afar and never interfering,

yet, where no one could see, they each quietly protected the other and the Konoha they shared.

As adults, she held her post as a strategist, bringing the changing tides under control, while he became a team leader, protecting the next generation.

As the years passed, she became Konoha's female military strategist, securing the nation and keeping the people safe, while he became the Sixth Hokage, revered by all.

From shadowy nights among the files to the Hokage's lofty seat, they spent half a lifetime alongside each other in light and shadow. They never made a scene, but they always stood together.
