Isn't This Supposed to Be an Ensemble Cast Story?

Blurb:

A straight guy gets bound to a glitchy System.

Because the System keeps glitching, he can't make out some of what it says. But judging by the plot description, this is a classic power-fantasy ensemble story.

The System tells him to get close to the protagonist's group and infiltrate their ranks.

The straight guy: Every transmigrator has to follow the same old formula. Either I steal the opportunities and trample the protagonist to rise to the top, or I join the protagonist's group and help build his empire. Looks like I got the latter script.

The straight guy works hard and gets along great with everyone.

But as time goes on, his sworn brothers inexplicably turn against each other, and all insist he choose which one to go with.

The straight guy: ?

Did I accidentally unlock the villain ending? What do I do?

The straight guy is fretting over how he accidentally became the big villain, obsessively reviewing what went wrong, when brothers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 confess to him.

Him: ???

Isn't this supposed to be a male-lead ensemble story? This isn't how it should go...

Later, the System is finally fixed and can speak clearly.

[Host, this is an erotic power-fantasy harem novel with multiple male leads. Our mission is to join the protagonist's group and become one of the main tops... Wait, why are the protagonist and his whole harem confessing to you?]

The straight guy: Huh? Huh? Huh? What?!

Reader's Guide:

1. An upright, kindhearted, walking little ray of sunshine, occasionally mischievous, everyone's cherished white moonlight bottom.

2. All the tops are virgins.

3. There are tops of all kinds, but straightforwardness conquers all.

4. In the bottom's mind, he's making friends and working hard to help the team level up. In everyone else's eyes: He loves me so much. How did I get so lucky?

5. Lighthearted, low-magic, a martial-arts world dream, sort of an ensemble story.
