The man was drenched, his hair plastered to his face like a drowned black cat.

Later still, he learned that pursuing this man was harder than solving a hundred math problems.

But Tu Bao didn't give up.

He pursued Dazai Osamu for 365 days, filled an entire diary, cried countless times, laughed countless times, and was rejected more times than he could count.

Then Dazai Osamu said, "How did I end up falling for you?"

Tu Bao's eyes reddened. He said fiercely, "Because you deserved it."

Then he rose onto his toes and kissed him.
