The original Jiang Yuqiu had gone on a blind date with Huo Zhiyun, the only daughter of the Huo family, and registered their marriage. But when the Huo family was denounced and sent to the Great Northern Wilderness to work in the countryside, she demanded a divorce, took the Huo family's savings, and fled to Hong Kong with her childhood sweetheart. On the way, she was sold into the mountains and met a tragic end...

Jiang Yuqiu transmigrates into the book on the night before she demands a divorce. Aside from her, the heroine can predict the future, and the villain also has memories of her previous life.

The villain is just waiting for her to take the money, so she can catch Jiang Yuqiu and her childhood sweetheart as they try to escape and parade them through the streets.

Faced with a from-the-start disaster, Jiang Yuqiu smiles: "!!!"

Her mother was still alive, her younger sister wasn't seriously ill, and even the woman she had married despite having little affection for her hadn't run away with the money and someone else.

Huo Zhiyun became the village doctor and injured her leg while gathering herbs in the mountains:

Huo Zhiyun began to suspect something. "...Is this spiritual spring water?"

Huo Zhiyun went to the neighboring village to treat someone. The moment she got home, someone threw their arms around her:

Jiang Yuqiu: "Waaah, wifey, if anything happened to you, I wouldn't want to live either!"

Huo Zhiyun's earlobes turned red. "...You're holding me too tightly."

Later, news arrived that the Huo family could return to the city:

Jiang Yuqiu felt a pang of sadness. "Wifey, what about that divorce we agreed on back then...?"

Huo Zhiyun pretended not to understand. "Lifen? What Lifen?"

Jiang Yuqiu: "...You're really going to play dumb?"
