After the Divorce, My Ex-Wife Has Acquired a Taste for It

Mo Wei had always loved Zhu Xunwen. By chance, Auntie Zhu chose her to be Zhu Xunwen's companion.

From middle school through university, her role never changed.

In other people's eyes, the two were inseparable. But in private, Zhu Xunwen, so warm and friendly around others, always gave Mo Wei the cold shoulder.

In the year they graduated, Auntie Zhu insisted that they get married. Mo Wei was overjoyed. It meant they would grow even closer.

After the wedding, she did everything she could to satisfy Zhu Xunwen's every demand, hoping that one day Zhu Xunwen would come to love her.

Three years into the marriage, she still hadn't been treated with kindness.

By chance, she overheard Zhu Xunwen telling a friend who had returned from abroad, "How could I ever fall for a woman who's only in it for what she can get?"

Mo Wei went cold all over. The next day, she went to see Auntie Zhu. The next time she saw Zhu Xunwen, she handed her the divorce papers.

Zhu Xunwen hated being controlled, and that made her hate Mo Wei too: the girl her mother had brought in as a playmate, but who was really meant to be her child bride.

She had thought about driving Mo Wei away, but never imagined Mo Wei would be the one to ask for a divorce.

After Mo Wei left, Zhu Xunwen suddenly found herself unable to get used to life without her.
