[Marvel/Spider-Man/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles] Can a Short-Tempered Turtle Dream of a Nerdy Spider?

It all started with a serum that could turn people into humans.

The four Ninja Turtles, yes, those four, suddenly became human teenagers and had to go pretend to be well-behaved students at a New York City high school.

They thought their biggest challenges would be math class and Flash Thompson picking on them. Then Raphael noticed that the transfer student in the next class, Peter Parker, seemed suspicious behind those glasses.

Bumping into lockers when he walks? Fake.

Steady hands in chemistry lab like a surgeon? Fake.

Not fighting back when he gets bullied? Definitely fake!

Raphael, a hot-tempered, punk-rock heartthrob with a messy undercut, hates two kinds of people more than anything: nerds, and people who put on an act in front of him.

And Peter Parker happens to be both.

So Raphael decides to keep an eye on him, expose him, and make him show his true colors.

Instead, he uncovers a partnership in crime, dates on rooftops, and a bond forged in life-and-death danger: "I'll take a hit for you, and you take on the Lizard Man for me."

Before long, he's watching Peter lie in the rubble with broken glasses and torn clothes, still smiling as he asks, "Why'd you kiss me?"

Raphael, ears bright red: "...That was first aid."

Peter: "Then why are you kissing me again?"

Raphael: "...Shut up, four-eyes."
