Synopsis 1:
On the hidden side of this world, there is a mysterious organization.
From the man-eating demon scare a century ago and the rampage of cursed spirits to today's corrupt police and the unchecked power of the mafia, their presence can be seen in every major incident.
They harm humans and twist the natural order. They are ruthless, cold-blooded, and devoid of humanity. Their members are all hard cases who will stop at nothing to achieve their goals.
No one knows where they operate or what crisis they are plotting, but everyone knows that they use a token called the "Eye of God" to identify themselves.
They say the mysterious organization is trying to rule the world, causing countless disasters and bringing ruin to it.
Everyone fears them, afraid they'll become the next victims.
But there are always perceptive people who can glimpse the organization's true nature through the stories told by their elders.
Perhaps they're just a group of nobodies who walk in the darkness, giving their lives to protect the world.
"Friend, have you heard of Teyvat?"
Synopsis 2:
Ever since the Traveler discovered that they could obtain Genesis Crystals by transmigrating to other worlds, their travels took a new turn.
But the Traveler was already used to being a hero.
A great hero in every world, the Traveler longed for a new experience, something like becoming a dark hero who was misunderstood and shunned by everyone, carried the darkness alone, yet silently protected peace and saved the world!
Oh no!
Is this the appeal of being beautiful, strong, and tragic?
This character concept is just too cool!
Thrilled by their own genius idea, the Traveler excitedly put on a companion's secret identity.
What Teyvat has no shortage of is the perfect companions to portray silent heroes!
It's just that the Traveler's efforts seem to have made the version of "Teyvat" they created look a little strange.
The yaksha who should be enduring pain to protect the people is mistaken for a cursed spirit.
The foreign elf who is supposed to guard a swordsman's grave is about to be lumped in with the man-eating demons.
And if nothing else, surely the orange-haired young man who has heartwarming moments with his family must be the armor-clad battle maniac from the port!
But thanks to the Traveler's efforts,
the dangerous and alluring, terrifying and beautiful evil organization "Teyvat" wasn't feared by the people, nor did they make their Earth companions' hearts ache with anguish.
The clever, optimistic, cheerful, and sunny people of Earth discovered another side to Teyvat's residents.
This smoky little fellow isn't my adorable, affectionate Xiao bird baby?
This one hiding in a tomb away from the sunlight is the hilarious, sociable little elf old-timer!
And that young man who looks like he has murderous energy clinging to him turns out to be a sincere, forthright, passionate goofball!
The Traveler, who thought they were so cool, looked at these secret identities, each one darker than the last and alone in the shadows, and experienced the feeling of being a dark hero.
Haha, I get primogems for acting cool. This is awesome!
Traveler: I am the lonely wind, the shadow of Teyvat.
People of Earth: We love seeing the gap between how Teyvat's people look and act. So satisfying!
