I Transmigrated into a Book as the Villain's Dark Moonlight

Yu Yuan was tortured to death.

When she opened her eyes, she had returned to the villain's youth.

Should she warm the villain with love and win him over so he'd spare her life in the future?

Yu Yuan scoffed. Better to strike while he's down!

She stabbed the young villain more than a dozen times, only to discover in the end that he was the villain in the story she'd written.

Every tragedy in his life had been her doing.

A trace of guilt replaced Yu Yuan's desire for revenge, and in the end, she couldn't bring herself to kill him.

If she couldn't beat him later, couldn't she just run away? Yu Yuan decided to fake her death.

As everyone knows, people who fake their deaths usually get caught.

(A discarded draft. I settled on the plot outline before my submission got rejected. I wrote over a thousand words at the time, and when I thought of it again today, I turned it into a short story. Just give it a read.)
