Jiang Shuheng, a washed-up top-tier star, found a mountain god in distress deep in the mountains.
She meant to do a good deed without seeking recognition, but a spirit pearl chose her and entered her body. With the mountain god's spiritual power reduced to zero, she became an acting mountain god by sheer coincidence.
Pretending the mountain god had appeared to her in a dream, she built a bridge between humans and spirits. Order was established, and Qingxi Mountain began to recover.
Unfortunately, the good times didn't last. Poachers returned, and a forest fire swept through the mountains.
Jiang Shuheng headed straight into the flames. At the brink of life and death, she glimpsed Shan Lan's past.
It turned out that he guarded the mountain, but was also trapped by it.
Amid the flames, she took his hand, and the spirit pearl split in two...
With both of them moving toward each other, divine power descended once more.
