Big Sister Is Right

[They seem to be a big-sister-and-puppy push and pull, but really they're both playing each other.]

Ye Yu and Qin Li are widely considered the least likely couple in their circle.

It's not that nobody ever shipped them.

They're both gorgeous, and their looks complement each other. One is always smiling and kind to everyone, impossibly gentle.

The other is cool and aloof, cold toward everyone, impossibly chilly.

What a match, what chemistry! Just standing together makes a beautiful picture.

Unfortunately, the two never speak when they meet.

Everyone sighs, "Ye Yu is everyone's personal heater, but she can't even warm up Qin Li, that iceberg."

But in private, in a room where no one else knows.

Only Ye Yu knows how lovely Qin Li's voice is.

Only Qin Li knows how uniquely gentle Ye Yu is with her.

Only they know how many messages saying "tonight" are in their chat history.

Qin Li had seen Ye Yu's warm, welcoming nature countless times and never cared.

But at some point, she began to care.

She cared about the way Ye Yu smiled as she comforted other people, the way she worked the room at parties with a glass in hand, and the way she gave her gentle words to one unrelated person after another.

The lazy cat finally showed her claws.

Ye Yu thought Qin Li was just one of the many older and younger sisters in her life. She never imagined Qin Li had been the most special one from the very beginning.

※ A sweet modern romance, 1v1 HE, no angst.

※ Switch pairing, Ye Yu is the gong at first, then Qin Li will be the gong later.
