Xia Liyang, a university student obsessed with cyber-farming, suddenly receives a mysterious job offer during graduation season.
[Want to become a legend?
Want to wage war on the battlefield?
Want to have a harem of handsome men?
Congratulations, you've been selected for the Saniwa Program!
In this Honmaru, you are the supreme authority. You are everything.]
Xia Liyang stares at the screen, automatically ignoring most of the message and focusing on one sentence.
--New Saniwa receives full Honmaru privileges upon arrival.
An introductory layout of the Honmaru is attached below.
Beside the area awaiting its new master are mountains and water, along with a huge stretch of empty land.
Perfect! That's the one!
And so the Saniwa of Honmaru A70022 arrives.
A yellow-and-white fox grins obsequiously. "Master, you can do whatever you want."
Xia Liyang props his chin in his hand, dead serious. "Then get me a few people first."
A moment later, a handsome Tsukumogami kneels quietly before him, sitting upright and awaiting orders.
The young man looks around and asks seriously, "Really... I can do whatever I want?"
Once he gets an affirmative answer, he fixes his burning gaze on the handsome man before him and slowly says:
"All right, take your clothes off."
Hasebe: "!!!"
--This is indecent! Master, that's against the rules! (blushing)
The next second.
The Tsukumogami has changed into a light work outfit and rolled up his sleeves. He stands in the fields, staring silently at his new master, who is enthusiastically carrying a hoe.
...Something doesn't seem quite right.
As the days go by,
the once-empty Honmaru is transformed into thousands of acres of fertile farmland. Waves of rice ripple in the breeze, and the air is filled with the fragrance of fruits and vegetables.
Saniwa colleagues who come to buy grain line up from the Honmaru gate all the way to the space-time rift. Some even show up at three in the morning to stake out a spot and get first pick.
Only then do the sword boys finally realize:
So their master had a long-term vision from the start! (Not really.)
Xia Liyang: "?"
He just wants to farm in peace.
The swords look at their humble master and silently bow their heads to keep planting rice seedlings.
Never mind. As long as Master is happy.

Please note:
1. Very slice-of-life, very slice-of-life. It's mainly about the hilarious chaos at the Honmaru.
2. Why are so many handsome men working in the fields? Find out in today's Honmaru report.
3. The protagonist's romantic instincts are practically nonexistent. He's a very mature block of wood.
4. If you've made it this far, may all your wishes come true and may everything go your way. Love you all!
