You Want to Be My Stepmother? Dream On.

Shen Nanxing, an alpha woman, spent half her life struggling in the entertainment industry, never winning a single award, and ended up dying from overwork. After being reborn, Ms. Shen left her former workaholic ways behind and decided to enjoy life. To hell with everyone else. She was done trying to become a Best Actress. She was going to marry into a wealthy family and lie flat, doing nothing!

The dream was wonderful. Her beauty helped her hook Gu Mingchen, a wealthy omega woman from Zhongzhou who had just gotten divorced. Gu invited her to move into her home, and the place was enormous, a luxurious estate Shen had only ever seen in her dreams in her previous life.

She began imagining a happy, carefree life, and on the very night she moved in, she changed into a sexy nightgown and reclined seductively on the bed, ready to charm Ms. Gu into marrying her.

Outfit: check. Pose: check. Mental preparation: check. But the person opening the door was not the right one!

It wasn't the sophisticated and radiant Ms. Gu who walked in, but her daughter, Gu Ruoheng, who had just come of age. The young lady frowned, her expression icy, and opened with a harsh remark: "Want to be my stepmom? Dream on."

She strode closer, and Shen Nanxing's heart lurched with every step. Just yesterday, Ms. Gu had told her that her daughter was ill-tempered and had even hurt someone at her aristocratic school. With the way she was bearing down on Shen, she looked ready to disfigure her.

Shen covered her face with a pillow. Suddenly, a sweet scent drifted over. The little demon who'd been baring her claws a moment ago melted into Shen's arms like a limp cat, cheeks flushed, eyes hazy as she pleaded, "I feel awful. Please help me, big sister."

Shen Nanxing was stunned. Was the young lady going into heat? She'd marked her future wife's daughter on the very first day after moving in. Could she still lie flat now?
