After I Played a Cold, Straight Man and Cast Him Aside

[Flirtatious, teasing bottom who'll do anything for love × asexual straight man who gets turned gay]

Everyone in their circle knows Mu Rong's reputation as a top-tier top.

He's handsome and has a great physique. He's done brilliantly since taking over the company a few years ago, but he's a born flirt who changes boyfriends whenever he feels like it.

The day he takes his younger sister to college, he falls in love at first sight with the aloof college student Pei Shushi.

He never knew his heart could beat this fast.

The problem is, the other guy is straight and seriously homophobic.

The bigger the challenge, the more Mu Rong is smitten. He bets his friends that he can win him over in a month.

Full of enthusiasm, he immediately gets to work. He goes to A University whenever he can and puts more effort into pursuing Pei Shushi than he ever has for anyone, doing everything he can to hook him.

In less than a month, he really does win over the unapproachable Pei Shushi.

But what Mu Rong didn't expect was that he seems to have fallen hard.

Month after month passes, and the novelty still hasn't worn off. Just holding hands and kissing makes his heart pound and his cheeks flush. He no longer even feels like going out with his friends.

Everyone thinks they'll end up together.

But Mu Rong runs away, back to the noisy, lively bar.

A friend asks why he let the catch of a lifetime get away.

Mu Rong swirls his glass and says with a hint of regret, "Pei Shushi is asexual. I don't like forcing anyone, but I can't have a purely platonic relationship either. No matter how much I like him, I have to let him go."

Someone cuts the sound system's power. In the sudden silence, Mu Rong meets a pair of dark eyes and feels a chill run down his back.

That night, Mu Rong is barely conscious. His body seems no longer his own, and through the haze he sees Pei Shushi's cold face. Crying doesn't help.

To hell with being an asexual straight guy!

Young Master Mu only ever tops.

That time was an accident. There absolutely cannot be a second time.

As soon as he can get out of bed, he braces his aching waist, limps away, and runs again, clutching his sore butt.

Unexpectedly, when he opens his eyes and moves, chains rattle in the darkness, and his heart sinks.

Pei Shushi's voice is low. "You were the one who came after me first."

Mu Rong: This is bad...
