Cassian is playing a game with his dad. His dad said he would come get him after he counted to three thousand.
But why is he in this run-down place? As far as the eye can see, it's all trash, and the air reeks.
Cassian doesn't like it here. Where is Dad? He's already counted to three thousand, so why hasn't Dad come to get him? Strange voices keep talking inside his head, so loud they make it ache.
The voice says Cassian has to complete a task before he can go home. Little Cassian doesn't understand what it means, but what does it mean to...
Cassian suddenly curls up, his tiny hands clamped over his ears. This isn't his world anymore, and Dad and the others aren't here either. Tears slide down his cheeks. He doesn't understand what that person is saying.
Why hasn't Dad appeared yet? Before, whenever Cassian cried, Dad would come and pick him up. He wants the little cakes Afu makes. He wants to hear the bedtime stories Dick reads.
If he does what this person says, he can see them.

Cassian will do his best.
