This will be added to the short-story collection at the end of October.

Shu Huai never imagined she'd meet Yun Xiancen on an ordinary trip.
At the time, the writer's mind was in a slump, so she'd given herself two months off.
She arrived in a small town whose name she couldn't remember.
Always hopeless with directions, she got lost in town. Soaked to the skin and looking miserable as she sheltered from the rain under the eaves, she suddenly received a handkerchief from someone.
That was the first time she met Yun Xiancen.
"Here, dry yourself off."
Back then, Shu Huai was wary of taking things from strangers. She hurriedly came up with a flimsy excuse and ran off.
But after she returned to the inn and opened the window, she saw Yun Xiancen standing in the courtyard at a glance.
She thought it had to be a coincidence.
That same afternoon, as she leisurely ate wontons in a little shop, she looked up and saw him again.
Three times in one day. This time, it had to be deliberate.
Later, she happened to catch a glimpse of one corner of Yun Xiancen's room. The colorful view made her curious.
Yun Xiancen watched her and curled his lips. "You seem pretty interested in my room. Want to come in and take a look?"
Shu Huai thought: Is this playing hard to get, or... inviting a wolf into the house?
Shu Huai's best friend urged her to seize the moment and go for what she wanted, so every day she smiled and knocked on Yun Xiancen's door with her laptop in her arms.
"Could I work on my writing in your room?"
You were the one who invited the wolf in.
Until one day, their breaths mingled, hot and close, and he kissed her until she could hardly breathe.
Yun Xiancen's restrained breath brushed Shu Huai's face. She chided him, "You've smudged my lipstick!"
He reached out and gently wiped it with a finger, then buried his face against her neck and laughed softly. "What do we do? It won't come off."
Turns out, he was the wolf all along.

2. 1v1, both leads are virgins, and neither of them is perfect.
3. The author is terrible at writing blurbs (sob, sob).
4. This is a writing exercise. Please be kind.
5. The place names are made up. Please don't associate them with real places.
6. Xiancen is pronounced Xian, fourth tone, and Cen, second tone.

Fei Rong met someone in the comments section of a song.
She didn't know their name, age, gender, or where they lived.
Through the screen, the other person guided Fei Rong through the difficult years of her youth.
But after leaving a voice message, they disappeared without a trace.
Their profile picture stayed gray for many years.
"Next, please welcome senior He Junsheng, a fourth-year student, to sing for us..."
At the graduation concert, that familiar voice rang out again, crossing the four years between them.
But Fei Rong was no longer the little girl who needed someone to guide her.
"Could you say something to me?"
Fei Rong followed He Junsheng backstage and cornered him against the wall.
The moment He Junsheng recognized her, his Adam's apple bobbed. Then he chuckled softly:
"What would you like to hear?"
I want to hear you guide me one more time.
1. Neither lead is perfect.
2. Older, guiding lover + reunion after a long separation + online friends to lovers + a little traditional Chinese music scene
