In a single night, his entire family is slaughtered. The once-adored junior fellow disciple is brought low, with no one to rely on and little cultivation. Anyone can take a few kicks at him...
His most beloved senior brother dies a horrific death with his arm severed. Zhu Chongyu cannot protect himself and is hunted down until he is gravely wounded and unconscious. There seems to be no escape.
As he teeters on the brink of death, a pair of warm hands lifts him up, and a man chuckles:

Despite the devastating wounds to both body and spirit, Zhu Chongyu does not give up. Instead, Ji Sui takes such good care of him that his fur shines like silk.
But Ji Sui is not the only one who covets his junior fellow disciple.
Ji Sui had planned to live quietly as a tea farmer, but now he has no choice but to:
1. Seal away a deranged, sinister man who lost his own brother and both loves and hates the junior fellow disciple, while trying to force him into marriage.
2. Drive off a peerless demon king who only weeps pitifully in front of the junior fellow disciple, while his true form tries to play bondage games with him.
3. Defeat a split-off fragment of a Demon Venerable who is hopelessly in love with the junior fellow disciple and wants to usurp his main self's place, so he can spend their lives together as a devoted couple.
And so on.
Zhu Chongyu's life had always gone smoothly. He was a heavenly figure, envied and adored by all.
Then he fell from the clouds. He should have hit the ground hard, face-first. Who could have imagined that before he even had a chance to feel the pain, someone would catch him securely in their arms?

1. Both leads are each other's only partners. Happy ending.
2. The shou is doted on by everyone and is perhaps a heartthrob. Many characters have one-sided feelings for him, but mutual feelings exist only between the gong and shou!
3. The gong is not a typical doting father figure. He has his own way of protecting his beloved.
4. I think the story focuses mostly on romance and will be fairly short, estimated at around 100,000 characters.

Rong Yun is naturally jealous, with an exceptionally handsome face. He is a born evil beauty.

On an impulse, Rong Yun drags him inside.
When Xi Yushu wakes, he remembers nothing.
“I saved you.” Rong Yun points to the horrifying scar on his left cheek. “I ruined my face to save you.”
Xi Yushu believes him, and feels deeply indebted.
From then on, the favored child of heaven becomes Rong Yun's personal servant, doing the laundry and cooking, earning money to support the household, and risking his life to find high-grade magical artifacts and pills.
He obeys Rong Yun's every command, docile as a dog.
Rong Yun tramples the man who once stood above the clouds beneath his feet, feeling immensely pleased with himself.
After spending some time enjoying this arrangement, Rong Yun tries to leave. But Xi Yushu blocks his way in the corridor, still wearing that gentle expression, though his eyes churn with thoughts Rong Yun cannot understand.
Xi Yushu grips the back of Rong Yun's neck, his expression so tender it is almost eerie.
“Yunyun, have I spoiled you so much that you think you're free to do whatever you want?”
“Those tricks are very bad,” Xi Yushu says softly. “You can only use them on me, Yunyun. Understand?”
