This Time Is Different!

Ruan Ruan gets scammed every time she dates online!

But this time is different!

Her online sweetheart has fair skin, a beautiful face, long legs, and a slim waist. Most importantly, she's a famous actress who sends Ruan Ruan daily photos of her hands and legs to keep her hooked. There's no way Ruan Ruan could be getting scammed.

So when the other woman asks for money,

Ruan Ruan: Sent!

When she asks for a handbag,

Ruan Ruan: Bought!

Ruan Ruan works herself to the bone writing for a living to support her darling, and just as she's about to go bankrupt and live on steamed buns, the other woman suddenly stops stringing her along.

Ruan Ruan: ?!

Before they even get to meet for real, Ruan Ruan's dream has already shattered.

Seeing how miserable she is, her friend spends money and calls in favors to take her personally to meet her online sweetheart.

Her darling is indeed gorgeous! Her waist is sharper than a spring blade!

Ruan Ruan blushes and walks up to her.

The other woman: Who are you? A stalker?

Ruan Ruan: QAQ

Only when they meet does Ruan Ruan learn that she's been scammed. Someone used a celebrity's photos to romance her online, and she even confidently told her friend this time was different.

After the culprit is caught, Ruan Ruan clutches her money and handbag, sobbing.

The actress feels so sorry for her that she gives her her contact information to cheer her up.

Three days later, Ruan Ruan reads a message from the actress:

Want to date online? This time it's really me.

Ruan Ruan: !!!

Ruan Ruan immediately messages her friend: Beibei, this time it's really different! She's the real deal!

Friend: ...
